Objective:It is the hot spot at home and aboard that studying the exercise training impact on heart structure and function. Ultrasonic cardiogram is applied to check the elite athletes's heart as a noninvasive testing cardiac examination more and more. Dragon dancing is a national tradition sport item with few physiology research reported. There is no reportage about 16 weeks of dragon dancing training whether can lead to heart structure and function changes. The paper aimed to discuss the characteristic of heart structure and function of the sport item, expanding the physiological study and providing train of thought of other national tradition sport item. Ultrasonic cardiogram can show the changes of heart before and after the training of male athletes, so that we can guide the training scientifically, promoting the development of sport science and providing some references to training and selecting suitable materials of dragon dancingMethods: This study took the majoring sport education as research objects. Pick up 20 male college students at random, The control group with 10 students have orthobiosis of live while treatment group with 10 male students have 16 weeks of orthobiosis of live and dragon dancing training. Determining the heart morphological structure, function and heart blood spectrum in tranquility before and after training through color Doppler ultrasound detector.Result: (1) The indicators of heart structure and function of male students in treatment group before and after training, there was significant differences (p < 0.01) in interventricular septal thickness (IVSTd), at the end of the thickness contraction VSD (IVSTs), the brigade diastolic thick wall diameter (LVPWTd), shrinkable film filter back wall diameter (LVMASSs), At the end of the quality index careless diastolic heart (LV MASSd index);There was significant difference (P<0.05) in left ventricular end-systolic dimension (LVIDd), diastolic volume (EDV), Muscle mass of left ventricle in relation to body mass (LV MASSs index). There was significant difference (P<0.01) in indicator of Diastolic function between the mitral valve prior to blood flow E peaks (VE); There was no significant difference (P>0.05) among other indicator.(2) There was no significant difference before the experiment between the control group and treatment group. After the dragon dancing training, there was significant difference (P<0.01) among interventricular septal thickness (IVSTd),left ventricular end-systolic dimension (LVIDd),diastolic volume (EDV), At the end of the quality index careless diastolic heart (LV MASSd index); There was significant difference (P<0.05) in the brigade diastolic thick wall diameter (LVPWTd), at the end of the thickness contraction VSD (IVSTs), shrinkable film filter back wall diameter (LVMASSs); at the end of left ventricular contractions lumen (LVIDs), left ventricular end-systolic volume (ESV), shrinkable film filter back wall diameter (LVPWTs), shrinkable film filter heart quality index (LVPWTs) has no significant difference (P>0.05).(3) Before the experiment, there was no significant difference in indicator between control group and treatment group. After dragon dancing training, there was significant difference (P<0.05) between control group and treatment group in prior to blood flow E peaks (VE), the mitral valve peak flow rate (E/A); stroke volume (SV), heart rate (HR) had significant difference (P<0.05); The mitral valve prior to A peak flow mitral valve (VA), stroke volume index (SI), cardiac output (CO), cardiac index (CI), ejection fraction (EF), shortening fraction (FS) had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) effect on heart morphology of male college students after dragon dancingAfter 16 weeks dragon dancing training, the heart end-diastolic olume (EDV), At the end of left ventricular diastolic lumen (LVIDd) became remarkly amplify, as well as end systolic volume (ESV) and at the end of left ventricular contractions lumen (LVIDs), and then enlarge Heart chamber and diameter; Dragon dancing can significantly enhance the adaptability of ventricular wall, interventricular septum of male college students; and it can also cause cardiac muscle adaptive hypertrophy and heart weight index rising of male college students.(2) effect on heart function of male college students after dragon dancingAfter 16 weeks dragon dancing training, there were inevitable adaptive changes due to heart morphology changes of male college students, the main changes were following: male college students in treated group had more efficient do work heart, much stronger storing ability of heart; Ejection fraction (EF), reduction fraction remained almost still; dragon dancing can strengthen the left ventricular rapid filling ability and left atrium contraction compensatory ability.
