| Dragon-lion dancing a traditional ethnic PE sport in our country with a long history of culture tradition, which is carried out widely with the ethnic character. Putting the Dragon-lion dancing into the education of college can conform to the requirements of college PE reformation in our country to promote the development of sports in colleges and universities. Hubei university dragon-lion team was established in2006in October. In2007,the women’s team received the bronze of the dragon-lion international championship in Jiujiang. Men’s team and northern-lion team received the outstanding achievements in the big games later. The elective sports course of Dragon-lion dancing was instituted in2008. With the development of Dragon-lion dancing team, the Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university tends to be mature. The Dragon-lion dancing team not only took part in all different kinds of big games and won the gold medal in the games, but also went to the United States, Australia, Brazil, Indonesia and other countries for cultural exchange on behalf of the China. Because of the festive spirit of the the Dragon-lion team of Hubei university which has went to abroad to visit as a successful organization team and was well received by the foreign friends for many times, I want to take Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university for example to explore in-depth festive spirit mechanism in Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university to summarize the successful experience for running of the Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university to find out the problems in the operation process, and put forward effective solutions to the specific problems to make the Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university become better and better, healthier and develop sustainably. Regard the festive spirit of Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university as a benchmark for the better spreading of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture in colleges and universities to get it a better inheritance.This article used the literature material, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods to operation the present situation has carried on in the Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university through investigation and analysis base on the serious acknowledge of the situation carried out of the dragon-lion sport in colleges and universities, the present situation of the development of university dragon-lion sports, the existing problems in the development of university dragon-lion dancing and strategic.Analyze concretly of the spirit motivation mechanism, resources protection mechanism, management mechanism, information communication mechanism of the Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university. Study shows that the Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university has developed rapidly. Dragon-lion dancing courses has been opened in school, and itd has participated in different kinds of dancing competition at home and abroad with the high level in the competitive in internation. The members of the Dragon-lion dancing team carry forward the spirit of "dragon" to fight tenaciously in training, competition, performance and focus on everything persistently. The Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university spreads the Chinese culture to the world, wons the glory for the country and expands the social reputation and international influence of the school. At present, the main factors which restrict the development of the Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university for running include the following several aspects:firstly, the Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university without training funds, and training equipment are not guaranteed; Secondly,there is no perfect management system the of the Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university; Thirdly, it pays attention on technical training of dragon-lion dancing, and ignore the dragon-lion theory, cultural connotation of learning and interests of team members; Forthly,the Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university lack the out propagandas and channels; Fifly,the Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university has not suitable under centralized and the school does not have enough emphasis on dragon-lion dancing. The author analyzes the running ways of the Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university based on the present situation and the research strategy of development of:firstly,the university should increase the spending on Dragon-lion dancing training by hiring professional dancing instructor. Secondly, the university should build the management system, a detailed specification of the management including the rules and regulations from several aspects such as in training, competition and performance by formulating perfect teaching and training system. Thirdly, the Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university should organize diversified dragon activities to strengthen the research of dragon-lion relevant scientific and expand the living space; Fourthly, the Dragon-lion dancing team of Hubei university should establish a fair reward mechanism; Fifthly, the university should increase the support for the Dragon-lion dancing team by giving the chances to the members of the Dragon-lion dancing team of free public course, joining the party training learniing and give the places of admission of graduate to mobilize students to participate in the dancing sport. |
