Many new issues and problems are emerging in postgraduates' moral education since china has become a big one of the postgraduate education.The universities are the main bases for the the postgraduate education, the management of the moral education decides training qualities of postgraduates.In order to reconstruct the management of the postgraduates' moral education at the lanzhou university,the paper,mainly by analyzing present conditions and problems of the postgraduate education at the university, explores external causes which promote the innovation of the postgraduates' moral education. In view of characters and problems of postgraduates,the paper puts forward many suggestions such as readjustment of views, content and means of the postgraduates' moral education, hoping to establish a more effective management and strengthen the postgraduates' moral education.The paper includes six parts. The first part deals with meanings of moral education, the postgraduates' moral education and significances of the effectiveness of the postgraduates' moral education. The second mainly states the theorical and practical bases founded on which the research of the postgraduates' moral education are carried on. The third analyses causes which decrease the effectiveness of the postgraduates'moral education,laying foundation for the increase the effectiveness of the postgraduates' moral education. The fourth puts forward suggestions aimed to increase the effectiveness of the postgraduates' moral education. These suggestions about the reform of the goal, content and means of the postgraduates' moral education, are results of analyses, the innovation of the paper and the embodiment of the practical value of the paper.
