It is important to focus on the influence of teachers'mood on classroom teaching as far as the people-oriented New Curriculum is concerned.Teachers'mood in Chinese classes is a reflection of their personality charm. Positive teaching mood is reflected via beautiful diction, free dialogue among teachers and students and active thinking of the students. However, objective teaching environment, overall qualities of the teacher and the students learning mood all have influence on the teachers'mood. Positive teaching mood can promote teachers'own development, help to carry out effectively classroom teaching activities and reinforce students'enthusiasm for participation. How should this positive mood be cultivated? The main approaches could be perfect teachers'personality, improve professional qualities and mould their own mood.
