Effective Management Of Teaching And Exercise

With the new curriculum reform goes deeping, the spirit of effective learning becomes commonly aware. Class room, an import place of teaching and scientific research, affords new power for routine teaching activities and makes the teaching more personalized and scientific. However, teachers always neglect the section of exercise. Effective exercise is a dispensable method to boost the outcome of teaching.In this study, we propose constructive theoretical foundation for the effectiveness of exercise based on the Constructivist theory, "learning by doing" theory, and optimization theory of teaching. We also analyze the problem existing in the section of exercise through hitherto domestic and international references on teaching and the investigations on effective teaching. For example, much more exercise with low quality, much uniform exercise but less personalized exercise, and so on. Besides, the root causes leading to such problems are the teachers'and parents'awareness on training and the present evaluation system. The routs to improve effective training from designing, assigning, and evaluating aspects are proposed, which are practically validated by a few cases.Finally, by comparing and analyzing the data using experimental method, we reach a conclusion that the effective exercise according to the new concept of education can promote the implementation of effective teaching. And it will win the recognition and well compliment from teachers and students.The transformation of the irrational circumstance in exercises involves all areas of the curriculum reform, such as changes in curriculum evaluation, curriculum adjustment difficulties, and changes in teaching methods, which could not reach this goal through the optimal exercise. However, the greatest significance of this study is that by the optimal exercises, students become familiar with their growth which is an integral part of effective teaching and the ultimate goal of the new curriculum reform.
