The present era is the era of vigorous development of knowledge-based economy, knowledge derived from education, but education is the hope of revitalization of a nation, we must attach importance to education. Education teachers are the perpetrators of the quality of teachers is to directly determine the merits of the quality of education. We are also constantly updated national teaching mode, the reform of the teaching was obsolete the traditional waste.Physical education is education, the foundation to other courses in physical education provides protection in education should be regarded as a pivotal one course. Shanghai responded positively to the call for reform of the national curriculum, sports programs a series of reforms has also been in full swing, physical education teachers to adapt or not the reform itself has become the key to the success of curriculum reform. Teachers to adapt curriculum reform ideas on the first adaptation, then physical aspects of adaptation, abilities, knowledge, ethics, as well as improve the quality of their own requirements. At present, the Shanghai part of the secondary school physical education teachers in curriculum reform implemented for several years where there are still lack of knowledge, its capacity to keep up with the pace of reform in all aspects of the situation.In this paper, literature, questionnaire survey method and other methods, to Shanghai, "Two Curriculum Reform" as the background, some secondary schools in Shanghai adapt to the new curriculum reform of the physical education teachers to investigate and study the situation. In all aspects of physical education teachers to adapt to the situation of the survey found problems, focusing on the impact of multi-level factors and solutions for teachers and students shared comments and suggestions. The following conclusions obtained in this paper:1. Shanghai middle school teachers on the "two Curriculum Reform" concept has a clear understanding and awareness, but the intensity and degree of implementation in the follow-there are still to be improved. Among them, most teachers in the innovative capacity is also slightly less.2. Shanghai Middle School physical education teachers can adapt to the physical aspects of the new curriculum reform of basic requirements, physical requirements in line with New Curriculum Reform.3. Shanghai Middle School physical education teacher's own knowledge of the content and structure there is a big problem, resulting in a serious duplication of course content does not arouse the interest of students, and students of the physical and psychological characteristics, needs and social dislocation. The point of course obvious, maneuverability is not strong.4. Shanghai school physical education teachers the ability to structure problems. Few changes in teaching organization, teaching methods, following the beaten track, the lack of innovation, and physical education remain unchanged, the effect is not obvious, and out of touch with the practical requirements of society. A single teaching evaluation methods to evaluate the content is not completely adapted to the new curriculum reform requirements.5. Shanghai Middle School physical education teachers in understanding the importance of morality has reached a new curriculum standards, but jogging in action but the way, there is no time to keep up with the pace of reform is not implemented into practice, this aspect needs to be improved.6. Shanghai Middle School physical education teachers in improving their own quality of additional study and training through a school organization to participate in some of the research and teaching and research activities are mostly school organizational arrangements, which indicated that teachers in the weak sense of self-improvement alone the unilateral efforts of the school is not enough, on the other hand, reflected the new curriculum reform mechanism, imperfect, in the course of implementation, there are still more problems.
