Interest is a kind of psychological characteristics that people can get when they tend to know, and get some knowledge by research. It is an internal force which can push people to seek knowledge. Interest in learning mathematics has always been a topic of concern for mathematics educators. The new curriculum standards also clear the'increase interest in learning mathematics, establish confidence in learning mathematics, study the formation of the spirit of perseverance and scientific attitude'as one of the goals of mathematics teaching.The study attempts to inspire and educate high school students to explore mathematical interest in learning methods and strategies by analyzing the status of high school mathematics and the factors of mathematics learning. The main methods are document research, experience summary and investigation and study.The study based on document research of mathematical interest in learning, refer to the relevant questionnaire, and hand out the questionnaires, after taking some students to predict and validating by experts, and ultimately form a questionnaire of high school student interest in learning mathematics.The respondents of the study are selected according to proportion of grades and types of classes in No. 1 Senior High School by stratified random sampling. A total of 540 questionnaires are distributed. This study uses SPSS FOR WINDOWS software to analyze relevant data.Study finds that: The current high school student's interest in learning mathematics is not optimistic. Through related analysis, the correlation coefficient between mathematics achievement and interest in learning mathematics is 0.672, indicating significant correlation between the two. The correlation coefficient between the level of understanding of mathematical culture and history and mathematical interest in learning is 0.600, indicating that both were also significantly associated. The correlation coefficient between all aspects of mental stress of the educational advancement and mathematical interest in learning is 0.028, indicating a lower degree of correlation between the two. However, there was no significant difference in different grade, gender of students'interest in learning in mathematics.Based on the above, combining with information on how to improve high school students interested in learning mathematics, the study puts forward some practical suggestions: 1. to guide students to appreciate the beauty of mathematics, and enhance their aesthetic skills; 2. to make mathematics into life, and reflect the mathematics Value; 3. to strengthen the education of the history of mathematics, and improve the mathematical attainment of students; 4. to create innovative classroom teaching pattern and improve students'interest in learning mathematics; 5. to improve the quality of teachers, and enhance personal charm; 6. to enable students to experience the thrill of success, and train students'self-confidence...
