Objective:This paper studies the difference of the physical education majors and non-physical education majors sensitive quality, analyzes the relativity between body composition, rest metabolic and the sensitive quality, clarifies the regularity and mechanism by which the exercise training affects the sensitive quality, body composition and rest metabolic, and thereby it provides a scientific basis for improving the sensitive quality of college students.Methods:(1) Physical education majors and non-physical education majors are taken as the research objects and repeated cross, three-meter shuttle run, cross jump, vertical-horizontal support are used to determine the sensitive quality of them. South Korea inbody220 Body Composition Tester is used to measure the body composition of college students and MaxII Heart and Lung Function Tester is used to measure the rest metabolic. (2) Members from Roller Skating Club of Shenyang Normal University are taken as the research objects and the same method is used to dynamically monitor the sensitive quality, body composition and rest metabolic of all players during the training process.Results:(1) The male physical education majors are far better in repeated across, vertical and horizontal support, three-meter shuttle run and cross jump than the male non-physical education majors. Therefore a significant difference exists (P<0.05); the female physical education majors are better than the female non-physical education majors in vertical and horizontal support and three-meter shuttle run, while the female non-physical education majors are better than the female physical education majors in cross jump. A significant difference also exists (P<0.05). (2) The weight, fat free mass, skeletal muscle mass, height, body mass index, total body water, protein and mineral of the male physical education majors are higher than the male non-physical education majors. A significant difference exists (P<0.05), while the body fat are lower than the male non-physical education majors and there is a significant difference (P<0.05); the weight, fat free mass, skeletal muscle mass, height, body mass index, total body water, protein and mineral of the female physical education majors are higher than the female non-physical education majors. There is also a significant difference, while the body fat of the female physical education majors are lower than the female non-physical education majors and there is a significant difference (P<0.05). (3) The repeated across, three-meter shuttle run and cross jump are better than those before training. There is a significant difference (P<0.05); the total body water, protein, mineral, fat free mass, skeletal muscle and body mass index are higher than those after training, while the body weight, body fat mass are lower than those before training. There is a significant difference in the total body water, body mass before the training and after the training (P<0.05); the rest metabolic is higher than that before training. There is a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions:(1) There is a significant difference in the sensitive quality between the physical education majors and non-physical education majors. The sensitive quality of physical education majors is better than that of the non-physical education majors, while cross jump of the female of the non-physical education majors are better than the female of the physical education majors, and the related mechanisms need to do further studies. (2) There is a difference in body composition and rest metabolic between physical education majors and non-physical education majors. The body composition of physical education majors is more reasonable than the non-physical education majors.the rest metabolic of physical education majors is higher than that of non-physical education majors. The body rest metabolic level and body composition are closely related to the sensitive quality. (3) Sports can promote the development of sensitive quality by improving the rest metabolic and body composition.
