In recent years, with the development of society and the fierce market competition, most companies consider not only employees’ technical level, but also overall quality when hiring employees. "People-oriented" concept is not only applied in enterprise management, but also used in the class management. People-oriented concept is refers to the assurance of people’s status and functions in the development of the society. It is a kind of value orientation focusing on around people, respect people, understand people, development people, and all for the people. It is a particular way of thinking, which can fully arouse people’s enthusiasm and inspire their potential ability and creative spirit. When solving and analyzing problem, people must grasp value scale as well as the scale for people.Based on people-oriented management concept in class, this research will discuss why the humanist management idea should be used in class management in vocational school. According to people-oriented management, the vocational school should have a new management idea which can create a good classroom environment to students. Furthermore, the lowest standard will be used to measure the behavior of every student. Students’ initiative and self-confidence will be strength by adopting incentive and positive way to arouse students’ enthusiasm. Respecting the students’ advice and requirements, arousing vocational students’ subjective initiatives and consciousness in learning, stimulating their enthusiasm and interest are good ways to strengthen the cohesive force. Finally, a platform will be providing for vocational students for their development according to their characteristics. At the same time, there are some problems in the vocational class management according to the results of questionnaire.(1)the lack of moral education in class management,(2) the improper class management,(3) the lack of students’ psychological health education. In the survey,the author analyze the current situation and existing defects of vocational class management, reflect the neglect of human nature in the class management, and further discusses the human-oriented management in vocational class, striving to understand students, respect students’ personality and develop vocational students’ individual character, and help them to lay a solid foundation in further learning. According to the survey of visited schools, the author analyzes and summaries the relevant data then put forward the following suggestions:(1) changing idea and updating students’ understanding of classroom management,(2) innovation management which let the students actively participate in class management,(3) strengthen exchanges, create a harmonious class atmosphere,(4) to properly handle the vocational student’s puppy love problem. In the vocational school class management, a good development space should be given to students, and the class will become the healthy and happy home for every students. This requires schools and teachers should take relevant measures and methods. The school can not only recruit students but regardless of the students’ quality education, and teachers should not only use teaching as a means of living but to take teaching as a kind of noble cause.I hope the research can reference to the related education counterparts, and let more people pay much attention to the vocational education work, so as to solve related issues in the education.Due to the limited time and ability, it exits shortcomings in this paper.
