Tao Xing-zhi (1891-1946) is our great people's educator .his struggle for our country 's education through his life. Tao xing-zhi toiling masses from the purpose of people's liberation, criticize old education, tries to establish a new education. In order to realize its through education to liberate toiling masses ideal, he put forward a series of education thought theory, such as: democratic education,life education, he made outstanding contributions. The studies on Tao Xingzhi's education thought at home and abroad, have many different aspects of angle and made a profound.This article tries to interpret the predecessor's research on the basis of Tao Xingzhi values, education put on a series of the ideological content as research object, by as the tool of analysis critical pedagogy education theory and criticism, adopt the method of combining history theory of education, Tao Xingzhi values interpretation of the first system ideas, in order to reveal about through education thoughts of the Tao Xingzhi in liberation of the people, and the critical theory of education thought Tao Xingzhi in our country at present education reform revelation briefly discusses to.This article is contains three parts:The first part, the growing experience from the Tao Xingzhi personal background, Chinese and western culture and education, this article discusses the influence of the education thought Tao Xingzhi critical source and causes. Tao Xingzhi's youth growing experience and when Chinese semi-colonial and semi-feudal society of social reality, all of its long influence on later formed into Tao Xingzhi in these knowledge and education function of toiling masses the formation of the sympathy played an important role, and become the critical education thinking of the important reasons. The education on the traditional culture of western critical inheriting and education thought of progressive have choice of absorption and the influence of western Christianity became an important education thought Tao Xingzhi critical theory origin. Tao Xingzhi education thought mainly from criticism of China education reform in building humanistic value orientation, so as to promote the development of students' individuality and their all-round development, education contents into the school curriculum and students real-life contexts, adopt more democratic education method and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics education theory system of inspiration and positive significance on it.
