Higher Vocational Education has traversed 30 years, China's social and economic development for the training of qualified personnel in large quantities. However, with the transition of economic system reform and the employment of graduates, vocational graduates is significantly lower employment rate, the employment situation is becoming increasingly severe, has caused widespread concern in society.In this paper, barriers to employment status of graduates of vocational colleges and its causes were studied. The main obstacle to the concept of occupation, education level barriers, ability to adapt to obstacles, barriers to employment policy, social identity disorder and other barriers to the phenomenon of five, and in the graduate level, school level, policy level, its social dimensions of a more comprehensive, system analysis.Through our research, combined with previous theoretical studies, we propose to strengthen the vocational college graduates in employment guidance, Vocational Training Mode to promote the reform of vocational education policy to accelerate innovation and enhance the vocational college graduates Health and social identity, and other basic measures for the education administrative departments, colleges, employers and other reference.
