In the multi-ethnic State, minorities face cultural integration and national identity issues, by historical changes and social development. Especially, Minorities play the role of vulnerable groups, which have become a mainstream culture of their cultural background of a weak culture. Since ethnic conflict has significant impact on national stability, national attention of the world's minorities, immigrants and other Asian cultural groups in the multi-cultural acculturation, ethnic identity.Multi-ethnic country with the West, the Chinese national identity has a very complicated situation. The biggest constraint is the diversity of national identity. Stability and development of the nation-state requires the consolidation of national identity. The understanding of the various ethnic their own national identity, national identity allows us to consolidate to find a balance. China's Korean minority is a unique Chinese nation. Have their own unique language, customs, etc., compared with other ethnic groups, have a clear sense of ethnic identity. Korean Chinese outside of China are two countries with the nation: North Korea and South Korea. Chinese Korean ethnic identity is closely related with these two countries.As economic development lags behind North Korea in recent years, Chinese Korean and North Korean economic and cultural exchanges between the decreasing. South Korea from the economic boom of the last century, after the eighties, and Chinese Korean economic exchanges increased. Especially from China and South Korea established diplomatic relations in 1992, China used the Korean language and culture, kinship, intimacy popular and active in various political, economic and cultural exchanges. At the same time, globalization and North Korea to allow more migrants to stay in Korea to China. This makes Korean the opportunity to communicate with them increased. Dalian is China's Liaoning Province; an important coastal port city in Northeast Asia is also an important regional financial center. By its own geographical, cultural, financial, political, driven by the many South Koreans to invest here, work, life and learning. Therefore, based in Dalian Korean and South Korean migration for the study is relatively workable.National Identity and interest groups, mainly from the two:the minorities and other marginalized groups (including immigrants, sojourners, refugees, etc.). When transferred from the mother culture to another culture in a new post, generally face severe culture shock and friction, which led to great concern for national identity. Meanwhile, their individual ethnic and cultural identity is a very complex process; the existing national identity theory can only explain some aspect of national identity.Therefore, cultural adaptation theory can help the understanding of cultural identity and national identity of this complex process. In the cultural adaptation process, the individual culture and mainstream culture of their mother may appear different attitude, which formed the integration, assimilation, separation and marginalization of different adaptation strategies.In this paper, literature research method, the migration of Dalian and South Korea's Korean ethnic identity were compared. From the three aspects of ethnic identity compared self-identity, ethnic attitudes and national involvement. Final analysis of the migration of China and South Korea in the Korean ethnic identity, China is the Korean national identity than national identity, while a high degree of uniformity, be balanced. Migrants from South Korea are the national identity above all else, they are relative to the existence of national identity, but the dominant position of national identity.
