In the cultural adaptation process, the individual culture and mainstream culture of their mother may appear different attitude, which formed the integration, assimilation, separation and marginalization of different adaptation strategies.In this paper, literature research method, the migration of Dalian and South Korea's Korean ethnic identity were compared. From the three aspects of ethnic identity compared self-identity, ethnic attitudes and national involvement.
