Since the Ministry of Education launched a new round of curriculum reform of basic education. Inquiry Learning as a new mode of learning bolstered by constructivism theory, have been paid much attention to. Many educators have been actively researching about inquiry learning, and have made some achievements. But it is undeniable that the effect of inquiry learning in actual classroom teaching falls far short of the expected teaching objectives. Instructional objectives seemingly large and broad make it difficult for teachers to measure and evaluate learning processes and results; because the lack of models of instruction without operability and a high degree of flexibility makes inquiry learning classroom teaching is time-consuming and laborious for teachers, inquiry learning in the classroom teaching gradually become a mere formality.How to make the goals of inquiry learning more specific and more measurable? How to build a mode of instruction rather operable and flexible so that the advantages of inquiry learning in the classroom teaching effectively brought into full play? These are the burning questions for research field of Inquiry Learning.Horizon of this study is located to establish a mode of instruction targeting thinking running of students, the importance is to make the goals of instruction specific, translate them into facile and visual the goals of behaviors. Students use Thinking Maps and other cognitive tools to record their thought processes, and through cooperative learning and teacher's evaluation and other methods guide and shape the behaviors reflecting higher-order thinking skills. In the process of mode establishment, this study makes thinking activation as a class and the relevant high-level ability as an object, by means of taking in the thought of computer object-oriented programming language, establish more concrete and intuitive assessment indicators, test the validity of mode through teaching practice, and adjust the mode to more efficiency. In conclusion, expect this mode can become one of effective Inquiry Learning models in primary and secondary schools.
