Test is no doubt the best way of measuring student's control extent of courses.Currently, subject papers extracted from teacher's paper bank or by their ownpropositions in domestic colleges and universities. After the exam, student's scoreswere simply summarized to compare the performance of high and low. Somedepartments did analyze the difficulty and contrast degree of examination papers,but were unable to form a system, focused on the front part of the project (test)management, ignored the project "closed-loop" management. To solve this problem,it is necessary to set up a reasonable examination quality evaluation system and dosome evaluation researches. Researches on course examination quality evaluationsystem are to reflect and describe precisely its rationality and to improve therationalization degree of papers proposition.This paper firstly analyzes the present research situation of and problems ofcourse examination quality evaluation system, secondly study its characteristicsand sets up the system from paper's reliability, validity, difficulty, standarddeviation, contrast degree and other aspects, sets up its comprehensive evaluationmodel by the use of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to solve variousproblems. Finally, studies and evaluates papers of a randomly selected class ofAnhui University of Technology by the application of the system and relevantevaluation method, and compared with the evaluation results of papers form schoolexperts. Evaluation results of the system show that the system and its method areeffective and feasible.
