The main research content of educational measurement is identifying the indicators of the test paper by means of performance analysis,analyzing and assessing the quality of the test paper by counting the scores of the test papers.According to the obtained conclusions,people can improve and appraise the scientific structure of the test of the paper.According to the obtained conclusion,the paper finds out the defects in the design and structure of the subject in the test paper and the causes.So that the scientific nature of the test paper can be gradually improved.In the theory of educational measurement,there are mainly Classical Measurement Theory which is represented by the theory of true fractions and the Project Response Theory which considering the characteristics of the subjects.These theories guide and lead the reform and development of the education quality inspection system.This paper is based on the theory of educational measurement,and divided into two parts:theoretical introduction and empirical research.In the introduction of the theory,the classical measurement theory and its important evaluation indexes are expounded.Then the concepts of the project response theory and the Rasch model are introduced to the reader,in which the Rasch model can be regarded as a three-parameter project response theory.In the theoretical introduction,this paper describes the classical measurement theory and its important evaluation indicators.Then this paper introduces the Rasch model from the project response theory.In empirical research,author counted the test scores of all candidates in Fushun F high school by using the software of SPSS and EXCEL.Then author measured the difficulty,reliability,discrimination,and validity of the test,then built the Rasch model to analysis the data of test by using the software of Winsteps.The result mainly includes the one-dimensional test chart,quality information sheet,the project characteristic curve,the white chart and the bubble chart.According to the classical measurement theory and the Rasch model of the item response theory,these scales can evaluate the quality of each item in the test paper scientifically and comprehensively.It can also analyze and identify the quality,advantages and disadvantages of the test paper in order to improving the test paper.By using these scales,author can analyze and identify the quality,advantages and disadvantages of the test papers,also can achieve the purpose of perfecting and improving the test papers.The test paper scores can reflect the students' mastery of the knowledge points which they have learned,and can help teachers improve the quality of teaching.The purpose of the quality analysis of the test questions is to testing the quality indexes of the test questions byscientific and reasonable mathematical model.And testing whether the test questions can get the expected test results.If the quality index of the test question is reasonable,the test is trustworthy.Test paper scores can not only feedback teaching results,but also test the quality of test papers.Only when the structure of the test paper and the questions are scientific and reasonable,can we test the students' ability level in an all-round way.Therefore,scientific and reasonable test paper measurement can be an effective evaluation standard.Obviously,it is a crucial part of the education and teaching system to test and identify whether the test paper is reasonable.Therefore,I hope that through this research,we will help scholars to evaluating the quality of test papers more scientifically and rationally,as well as promoting the reform and development of educational measurement.
