With the launching of community development and needs, the original neighborhood committee cadres can not adapt to changes in the new situation, community workers employment system came into being. However, university graduates as the main group of community workers, work force in the widespread lack of work and other issues. In this paper, the basic theory of performance management, Chongchuan District, Nantong City,Xue Tian streets of appointment of community workers as the sample field of the current school system of community workers who employ the street a common problem and the causes and find the corresponding countermeasures. In-depth study, based on extensive research, summed up the street to employ field Chongchuan District, community workers who made the main problems, namely: community workers who widespread power shortage, not much pressure, dynamic enough and other common problems. The reason for these problems, the existing evaluation mechanism is unreasonable, the pay level is low, the lack of external professional training, more employment system and other community workers, low level of internal expertise. Paper separately from the access system to implement posts, chief competition to the system, deputies elected to two-way cabinet production, appropriate remuneration levels to enhance neighborhood cadres, establish a reasonable assessment mechanism, establish a reasonable mechanism for training community workers to employ this system improve the terms offered by the six aspects of perfo rmance management of community workers some suggestions.
