Dialogue instructions is new idea in classroom teaching ,more and more people pay attention to it, however, not so many people research the dialogue between teacher and student in chemistry class. With the reform of chemistry teaching in middle school, this paper refer to related theories and other achievement, based on chemistry curriculum, beginning with the comparison research of the dialogue teaching in chemistry classroom presented by novice and expert teachers. all of these research is to find the diffrence of dialogue between teacher and student, and to find out the change law, which is used change the novice chemistry teacher to expert teacher.This paper has received some data by reference review and survey in chemistry class, by analizing the data we find that the novice teacher is good at the following index:pose rhetoric question, the student no answer, teacher pose question, book decided.The city novice teacher is good at guiding the student to revise the answer compared with the teacher from towns. there is big difference at the expert teacher between city and countryside in posing consolidated question, book decided. what is more ,we sum up the dialogue characteristic between teachers and students. most novice chemistry teachers explain by paying much attention to key point and difficult point, as well as creat lively scene around our life. So, the novice teacher is young, there is much dialogue at their class, but the quality is not ideal. the expert teacher is good at constructing democratic and relaxed atmosphere, so the dialogue is democratic and equal. the expert teacher pay more attention to the student ,they believe that teaching is just changing the student former idea, and then forming new idea.
