A Study On The Supervisor's Impact On The Cultivating Quality Of Graduate Students

Graduate learning is a process that professinoal knowledge is constructed, and the academic horizon is expand,at the same time,the value is stable, the mental thought is matured day by day.In this process, in order to help the graduate student grow and be a talent person, the supervisor as the man who is responsible for the graduate student's cultivating, not only guide their study and research, but aslo do the ideological and moral education. Therefor, the supervisor plays an important role in the graduate cultivating. the supervisor's impact is everywhere on the quality of graduate students. Numerous scholars have already done a powerful argument that the supervisor decide what is the quality of graduate students, the supervisor's impact is great and far-reaching .However, with the progress of social and the development of gradument education, in the current form of education, what's the impact supervisor has on the cultivating quality of graduate students? What are the problem in the process that the supervisor influence the graduate students?This paper, orienting these issues, combining the qualitative research with the quantitative research, studies the supervisor's impact on the professinal knowledge, innovation ability, dissertation , and ideological and moral. and then, dig deeply the problems and deficiencies in the course that the supervisor influnces graduates, make a clear of the reasons, find a way to deal with the problems .The paper is divided into four chapters. The first makes introduction to the study background and significance, the relevant definitions, and research methods ; The second chapter studies the theoretical basis, explains the system of tuorial , the special relationship between supervisor and graduate students, as well as the supervisor's role and impact in the training of graduate students; The third chapter, from the realistic approach, making a strategy to survey and interview as the major research methods, basing the effective data, using SPSS statistical software, reviewing respectively the professional knowledge, innovation ability,dissertation, and ideological and moral, draw the instrustor's impact on the quality of graduate students,and find the problems and deficiencies in the course that the instuctor influnces graduate students, then from the supervisor, the university and the social, explore the reasons of problems; The fourth chapter, in order to do with the problems, identify the path how the supervisor influnce the graduate cultivating.
