Research On The Masters' Core Competence

Core competence is an important factor for the current graduate students (only Masters selected as the research object,and the graduate students referred hereinafter are all masters) to win an invincible position in the global competitive environment, which caused gradually by human resource market-oriented allocation;an in-depth analysis and discussion about the connotation, extension and cultivated paths of the core competitiveness and some relative problems is important to further cultivating and enhancing the innovative entrepreneurial capacity of graduate students,regard to the reality problems which the current post-graduates encountered in the employment and competition .The graduate students won't achieve their own career in the fierce competion only if they work hard to hold characteristics of the personal core competitiveness, cultivate and enhance their core competitiveness. Since the party's 17-round ,The reality of building the well-off society and innovation-oriented country need further request qualified postgraduate cultivating units to establate a model which center on training graduate students'scientific and technological innovation, mainly enhancing comprehensive quality of graduate students,aim at the post-graduate employment competitiveness .Although the research on post-graduate students'core competitiveness has not been paid enough attention, post-graduate students are growing as a special group. It has very important academic value and practical significance to do this research detailed and in-depth. From the problems and contradictions in the post-graduate education work, the impact on the training of post-graduate students'core competitiveness for this group's particularity ,the biased viewpoints and mistakes during the training and the adverse effects from the post-graduate students training environment ,we can extract several main elements for the post-graduate students'core competitiveness, namely : innovation and entrepreneurship, ideological and political quality, mental quality and human qualities.From the "people-oriented" research perspective, we should persist the unity way to resolving institutional and ideological issues, explore the cultivation problem of post-graduate students'core competitiveness in depth through the systematic analysis and comparative study and in the ideological and political education viewpoints .All of above decides we have to take a scientific complete training methods: firstly optimization the training concepts and teaching staff , then strengthen the party-building work and the expansion of human qualities ,besides supported by a professional job training and guidance , aiming post-graduate students truly adapt to the times which need high-quality and independent innovation talents. This kind talents'Independent innovation ability is relative stable, absolute developmental and non-substitutable. Their personal integrity is independent, stand firm, self-confidence and meet the needs of our country's reform and development in the new era. Research on the post-graduate students'core competitiveness needs constantly innovate ways and methods. Such as: using economics and other disciplines'software and computing methods, quantitative analysis to basic indicators of post-graduate students'core competitiveness by determining their weight, so there is a certain feasibility.
