The constitution is the fundamental law of our country, should have stability and continuity, establish its authority, to maintain the position of supreme. The content of the constitution but also adapt to the social politics, economy, culture and other aspects of the change of social reality, and keep the consistency and uniformity. On one hand the Constitution in the process of socialā€™development to maintain their standard specification. On the other hand, the Constitution must adapt to the social development demand.So far, the constitution have four amendment in1988,1993,1999,2004. From these four modifications, we can find problems, reasons, and perfect the revision procedureThis paper consists of introduction, text, conclusion three parts, in which the is divided into three chapters, The first chapter discusses the amendment of constitution and the constitution revision rights from the Constitution Amendment right all times and all countries, such as the understanding of the necessity of its existence. The second chapter is the revision of the constitution, the existing problems and reasons, based on the comparative analysis of the american constitution, four amendment to the constitution of the main contents of the revision of the Constitution in our country, discusses the problems, lack of stability and adaptability. the key lies in the amendment of the constitution as a regulator of constitution and social reality the conflict between the only way. The third chapter proposed consummates our country constitution thoughts, mainly is the constitutional amendment process, in order to regulate the practice of China s constitution in the constitutional rights, prevent the emergence of constitutional amendment, strive to maintain the stability of constitution.
