Research Of Grassroots Party Organization Construction On The Revision Of Party Constitution

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the construction of grass-roots party organizations is a very important task in the history of Party building.The Communist Party of China represents the interests of the masses and represents the interests of the working class.The fundamental purpose of our party is to serve the people wholeheartedly.Therefore,the grass-roots party organization as a link between our party and the masses is very important.As the fundamental law of our party,the revision process of the party constitution is also the development process of the grass-roots party organization.This paper mainly applies the methods of historical research to collect the revised documents of the nineteen party constitution of the Communist Party of China.This article will sort out the revision of the party constitution in the period of the democratic revolution,Through the combing,the revision process of the party constitution to the party's grass-roots organization is the process of the development of the grass-roots party organization in the period of exploration and formation,the period of development,the tortuous period,the restoration of the consolidation period,the new period.On this basis,we sum up the law of grassroots party organization construction under the revision of the party constitution:(1)The revision of the party constitution to the grass-roots party organization is always changing according to the environmental changes of the party itself.(2)The revision of the party constitution to the grass-roots party organizations always focuses on the strategic objectives of the party.(3)The amendment of the party constitution to the grass-roots party organizations has always attached importance to the construction of Party members.(4)The revision of the party constitution to the grass-roots party organization has always attached importance to the development of Inner Party democracy.(5)We must adhere to Lenin's theory of grassroots party organization construction and integrate with China's reality about the amendment of the party constitution to the grass-roots party organization construction.In the new era,it is still a very important task to strengthen the construction of the grass-roots party organization in the history of the party's organization construction.This article,from the perspective of historical development,sums up the historical law of the construction of the grass-roots party organization,and provides some opinions on the historical law for strengthening the construction of the grass-roots party organization in the new era.
