Police interest in the legal recognition and protection of the law because the police obtained the identity of citizens rights and interests. Analysis of damage causes of police interest in three areas, first, there is lack of legislative protection, leading to poor police enforcement of hardware; followed by police enforcement environment, bad, wrong direction of public opinion and the public mindset and cognitive bias to the police law enforcement has brought many difficulties; once again the police's own awareness of safeguarding legitimate rights and interests is not high.In this paper, the improvement of legislation and improve the Police Protection laws and regulations and related systems, to create a good environment for police enforcement and improve police awareness of their own quality and rights in terms of rights protection by improving the police recommendation.
