Education in Ideology and Politics should meet the requirement of the present time so as to improve pertinence, achieve efficiency, and cultivate intelligences who meet the needs of social development. The most noticeable feature of contemporary is reform and opening-up to which the revolution of economic system is ultimately important. With the set-up of socialism market economy, the methodology of Education in Ideology and Politics must turn from planned economy system to socialist market economy system. Under the highly centralized planned economic system, the main part of social activity is colony while the individual is nevertheless the accessory to it. It is adaptive to this kind of economic mould that colony becomes social constitution of conceptive meaning. The real independent individual cannot form and develop. Individual is attached on"group"who owns the administrative power. Meanwhile, individual must put its nation, society and group's benefit to the first and utmost place. Social existence decides the social conscious. Education in Ideology and Politics keeps the same pace with the requirement of planned economy and its basic and sole aim is social development. Therefore, Education in Ideology and Politics forms a philosophy based on society. Since reform and opening-up, especially, set-up of socialism market economy, the main part involved in social activity returned to individuals who were no longer accessories, instead, a real continual element of group and constitute the basic element of group. Socialism market economy breeds independence, enforcing individuals'form and development and also awakening subject consciousness. Individual no longer simply obeys to its group while caring more about its own benefit. Education in Ideology and Politics must be adaptive to the requirement of socialism market economy and stick to the philosophy based on people. Aims of individuals and social development should be unified and educatee's subject position should be deemed in this society. It is necessary to put attention to educatee's need, benefit and take educatee as the goal but tool in order to enforce educatee's all-round development in a free way. However, under the influence of mindset of social oriented, the present Education in Ideology and Politics does not thoroughly carry out the philosophy based on people orientated. There still exists some phenomena which are contrary to people oriented. Therefore, Education in Ideology and Politics should realize the reform turning from society oriented of planned economy to people oriented of socialism market economy. On the basis of the above mentioned, the present Education in Ideology and Politics can be improved. In the course of Education in Ideology and Politics, we should stick to people oriented and improve its pertinence and effectiveness.This article analyses the historical lost of people oriented in Education in Ideology and Politics and its present situation from four parts, and then explains the need of era demand of Education in Ideology and Politics based on people oriented, puts forward with idea of Education in Ideology and Politics revolution in a people oriented way, builds up philosophy of Education in Ideology and Politics based on people oriented in expectation to establish the philosophy centralized on people oriented, to implement the education methodology based on people oriented according to socialism market economy, and to reinforce the effectiveness of Education in Ideology and Politics.The first part: the lost of people oriented in Education in Ideology and Politics. First of all, analyzing the background and the historic restriction of Education in Ideology and Politics based on society orientated under the condition of planned economy. Education in Ideology and Politics based on Society oriented is the product and excrescence of planned economy in which the value of politics and collectivism are deemed most important. However, it deviate its ultimate aim to educate people and ignore human being's reasonable benefit, away from the diverse need of people to be intelligence. Firstly, the methodology of people oriented its application in Education in Ideology and Politics as well as the methodology's inner meaning are explained. Secondly, the era demand of Education in Ideology and Politics is put forward from five perspectives.: the demand from socialism market economy, the demand from scientific outlook on development and the demand from the condition of informatization, as well as the demand from contemporary teenager's realization of people oriented and the demand from Education in Ideology and Politics rule on people oriented.Part three: the historical revolution of Education in Ideology and Politics based on people oriented. First of all, analyzing Education in Ideology and Politics based on people oriented improves the one based on society oriented. Education in Ideology and Politics based on people oriented gets rid of the one based on society and denies the sole aim meeting social demand, instead, Education in Ideology and Politics based on people oriented should stick to unify social aim and individual's goal of growth and success. At the same time, people oriented should take cultivating intelligence as the motive and enforce Education in Ideology and Politics'inner course. The interaction would be realized only through understanding the main parties in education as educatee and educator, create a free and independent academic space in order to create a good environment for cultivating the free and all-round development peopleFourth, analyzing the fact people oriented surpasses object-oriented. Object-oriented purely takes educatee as the tool to meet the market demand and ignores his inner demand for grow-up. People oriented surpass it instead emphasizing not only serving for economical development but stressing on meeting the grow-up of the educatee.Part four: the way to realization of education ideology and methodology. Firstly, establish the unified goal between society and individual. Submitted the individual goal under the social framework; take the social goal as the lead and the individuals'growth and success as motive; pay attention to social need and individual need at the same time. Second, realize the turning from unilateral to bilateral. Unilateral ignores the main party status of educatee so that it is hard to internalize educatee's thoughts. However, in bilateral mode, educatee is the educated main party while educator is the education main party ("bi-main party"). Both of them influence each other and communicate with each other. Such an interactive mode encourages educatees to learn on their own motives even leading to research-kind learning. Third, stress the unification of theory and social practice. Social practice is actually the ultimate goal of Education in Ideology and Politics. Therefore, on the course of Education in Ideology and Politics, while educator stresses on theory, he also lead the educatee to practice. Four, respect, understand and care about educatee. Respect is the premiere, understanding is the basis and caring is the cutting point while doing well in Education in Ideology and Politics. Five, stick to the overall development of educatee under the guide of scientific development outlook. On the course of Education in Ideology and Politics, we not only focus on improvement of educatees'overall ability but his right development of good character. Consider the group educatees and also individual educatee. Stick to unification of overall development and character development, of education in group, education in different levels and education in different periods.
