All things or phenomena in the world have laws and are governed by their internal laws.It has objectivity that does not depend on human will.The same is true of the education in ideology and politics.In all historical periods from ancient times to the present,education in ideology and politics activities,any class society and different sovereign countries of all forms are objective,which reflects that the emergence and development of education in ideology and politics must have its internal laws.Since the establishment of the discipline of education in ideology and politics,the academic community has begun to pay attention to the study of the basic laws of education in ideology and politics,and has formed many research results.However,there are still some differences and disputes,especially the lack of attention to the basic laws of education in ideology and politics,and there is still room for further exploration.The basic law of education in ideology and politics is a major theoretical problem that education in ideology and politics must answer.In the new era,to deepen the theoretical research of the basic law of education in ideology and politics,giving further scientific answers to such questions as how we should define the connotation of the law,how to know the method of law and how to express the content of the law is of great theoretical and practical significance to the subject setting,theoretical system construction and the improvement of quality and efficiency of education in ideology and politics in the new era.Based on the above understanding,this paper focuses on the research object of "basic laws of education in ideology and politics" by adhering to the guidance of Marxist theories and methods and follows the research idea of "theoretical premise reflection-internal mechanism analysis-interpretation of innovative ideas",revealing the basic laws of education in ideology and politics by using major research methods such as conceptual research,empirical research,cross-research and so on.Its innovation is reflected as follows: firstly,at the macro to micro level,according to the ontological confirmation,activity process and value purport(operationprocess-object)of education in ideology and politics and the relationship between its various elements,it sums up three basic laws of education in ideology and politics,namely,the basic law of education in ideology and politics operation,the basic law of education in ideology and politics process,and the basic law of education in ideology and politics object;Secondly,in terms of the expression of the law language logic,it forms a concise summary of the basic laws of education in ideology and politics by extracting the laws and forming easily-expressed forms of rules.All scientific research cannot be based on nothing and must be based on the existing theoretical basis.By reviewing the cognitive process of the law problem,this paper traces the connotation evolution of laws and basic laws,explores the basic laws of education and its rerecognition,and explains the connotation direction and related concepts of the basic laws of education in ideology and politics;Comprehensively,this paper clarifies the interpretation path of the basic laws of education in ideology and politics from the dimensions of Marxist philosophy ontology,epistemology,axiology and logic;Also,it discusses the important role of the basic laws of education in ideology and politics in the discipline construction,theoretical research,law system and practical exploration,as well as the important role of the basic laws of education in ideology and politics in the interpretation of relations,the prediction of results,the guidance of reality and self-stability;It is clear that the study of the basic laws of education in ideology and politics must adhere to the guidance of the Marxist theory of social development law,the theory of universal communication practice,and the theory of human thought and behavior,which has important research value for consolidating the basic theoretical system,promoting the scientific process,clarifying the misunderstanding of understanding,and responding to the dilemma of practical development.The operation of any social subsystem must be examined from the overall structure of the social system.As a subsystem of the social system,education in ideology and politics,which operates in the social system,is bound to interact and restrict with other social subsystems,and it has internal regularity.For this reason,based on the analysis of the existing views of the academic community on "obeying the law of service",this paper sums up the law of the operation of education in ideology and politics in the social system put forward by the academic community as "the basic law of the operation of education in ideology and politics",and makes a profound interpretation from this perspective.According to the internal relationship between Education in ideology and politics and the country and society,and centering on the operation mechanism of "education in ideology and politics-country-society",this paper discusses that the operation of education in ideology and politics in the social system should not only serve the mainstream ideology of national governance,the efficiency of national governance,the quality of talent training,but also meet the value needs of social economic,political and cultural construction.Based on this,this paper generalizes the basic law of education in ideology and politics as "the law of service satisfaction".As a subjective educational activity,education in ideology and politics is a complex process of educational activities composed of elements such as the state,educators,and educational objects,and its deployment,operation,and development must also have regularity.Based on this,this paper summarizes the law that reflects the essential relationship between various elements in the process of education in ideology and politics and the inevitable trend of its contradictory movement as "the basic law of the process of education in ideology and politics",and analyzes it on the basis of analyzing the representative views of the academic circles on "adapting to and transcending the law".According to the contradictory relationship between the needs of the country and the needs of the object of education in ideology and politics,centering on the essential relationship of "the needs of the country-the needs of the educator-the needs of the object",this paper discusses that in the process of education in ideology and politics,the educator should not only guide the value of the educational object according to the ideological and political moral requirements of the country’s needs,but also guide and lead by demonstration.We should also internalize the ideological and political morality needed by the country into the needs of individual ideological and political morality,and transform it into ideological and political morality behavior together with the education object.Based on this,this paper summarizes the basic laws of the process of education in ideology and politics into "leading transformation laws".In the field of education in ideology and politics,education in ideology and politics has always been carried out around the individual object of education in ideology and politics,mainly,the students.This point can be made clear from the attribute specification,use of concept,discipline development and objective needs of value purport of education in ideology and politics.In view of this,this paper sums up the law of the interrelationship and interaction between the constituent elements in the formation and development of individual ideological and political morality put forward by the academic circles as "the basic law of the object of education in ideology and politics",and explores it,on the basis of analyzing the existing views of the academic circles on "the law of internalization and externalization of social consciousness".According to the rich thought of personal development contained in Marx’s thought of "three forms" of human social development,centering on the thinking path of "freedom-self-action-freedom",this paper explores that the formation and development of individual ideological and political character of the object of education in ideology and politics is a dialectical and unified process of its external social environment constraints and internal ideological,psychological and behavioral transformation.It is a process of transition from the state of individual freedom to the state of national needs and then to realize freedom.Based on this,this paper generalizes the basic law of the object of education in ideology and politics as "the law of self-transition".The contemporary interpretation of the basic laws of education in ideology and politics is not only a theoretical problem,but also an important practical problem.Entering the new era,applying the basic laws of education in ideology and politics into practice is the requirement of the times for contemporary interpretation of the basic laws of education in ideology and politics.Only by applying the acquired basic laws of education in ideology and politics to practice,emphasizing the orientation of serving the needs of the country,paying attention to the effectiveness of the interaction of the educational process,strengthening the attention of the educational object,and promoting the measurement of the effect of practical activities,can the basic laws of education in ideology and politics be confirmed,improved and developed in the process of guiding practice.It also provides profound practical enlightenment for deepening the practice and exploration of the basic laws of education in ideology and politics,deepening the understanding of the role of the basic laws of education in ideology and politics,and paying attention to the construction of the basic law system of education in ideology and politics through hierarchical coordination.Although it is difficult to explore the basic laws of education in ideology and politics,and the research results obtained may not be recognized by all,young ideological and political educators can promote the leapfrog development of the basic theory of education in ideology and politics only by establishing theoretical consciousness and theoretical self-confidence.Based on this understanding,this paper chooses to devote itself to exploring the basic laws of education in ideology and politics and putting them into practice.
