The Rural Community Building And Governance Under The Background Of New Rural Construction

We mainly concern on the subject of how to build and govern the Rural Community under the background of the New Rural Construction in this paper. First, we talk about the concept of the New Rural Construction, then its objectives and contents. Second, we discuss the meaning of Rural Community Building and Governance and the different function of Government, Market, and the NGO. After that, we find out the content of the Rural Community Building and Governance under the background of New Rural Construction after considering the contents of both of them. Third, this paper analyzes the status and problems of Jiaze Town's community building with the expectation to provide reference to other rural areas. Four chapters constitute this paper.In the first chapter, we define the concept of New Rural Construction, and then talk about its five Specific targets on the basis of the overall objective, after that propose its content corresponds with the goals. In the second chapter, we discuss the content of Rural Community Building and Governance compared with the city's, concluded that it contains building rural Infrastructure beside the six aspects that the City Community Building and Governance includes. After that, we investigate the three different part's different activity, includes the Government, the Market and the NGO. In the third chapter, we analyze the status and problems of Jiaze Town's Community Building and Governance. In the last chapter, we try to give some suggestions based on the discussion before.
