Research On Rural Community Construction In Wuchang City From The Perspective Of Good Rural Governance

"Actively developing rural community construction" is the task assigned by the Sixth Tenth CPC Central Committee(2006).In 2020,the No.1 document of the CPC Central Committee once again emphasized the implementation of the "rural revitalization strategy",fully affirming the importance of rural community construction.To solve "three agriculture" problem,play an important role is the rural community construction,to ensure the realization of the objective of "build a well-off society in an all-round way",must be overall development,coordinated layout,give full play to the guiding function of urban and rural development strategy,the most important,make the harmonization and sustainable development of regional economy in China.To promote the pace of rural community construction,it is to implement the strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee,promote the strategic process of integrated development,achieve practical prosperity of the countryside,improve the countryside,so that residents’ living standards are significantly improved.Moreover,the process of agricultural and rural modernization also needs to be driven by the construction of rural communities to promote the upgrading and transformation of production mode and life style to a more advanced direction.In this context,this paper takes rural community construction in Wuchang City as the research object.First,through the introduction of typical cases of rural community construction in Wuchang City,it summarizes the main achievements of rural community construction in Wuchang City.Secondly,it sorted out the evaluation indicators of rural community construction in Wuchang City from the perspective of good rural governance by reading a lot of literature,and completed the index screening based on expert survey method and determined the indicators by variance analysis.After that,the rural community residents in Wuchang City were taken as the research object to issue questionnaires and analyze the results.Then the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the index weight,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the construction of rural communities.According to the analysis results,the problems existing in the construction of rural communities in Wuchang City from the perspective of good rural governance are summarized.And from the low level of community autonomy,the implementation of moral governance and rule of law work is not in place,and the low community public service ability to analyze the reasons for the problems in the construction of rural communities in Wuchang City under the perspective of good governance.Finally,from the perspective of good rural governance,the countermeasures for the construction and development of rural communities in Wuchang City include three aspects: improving the ability of democratic construction of rural community management,improving the ability of moral governance and rule of law,and improving the ability of rural community service.
