As an indicator to measure the performance of government, Electronic Government is also the important implement to transform the government type from management to service. However, the development of Electronic Government challenge the traditional working operation of government, render a new conception to carry out Administrative Law and also give rise to new issues to Administrative Law and administrative act. The development of Electronic Government must begin with the Electronic Government legislation, in this paper, by inspecting the status of the e-government legislation in China, identifying problems, complete idea was made.
