Research On Chinese Harmonious Development Of Relations Between Political Parties In Tansitional Period

Harmonious relations between political parties is the essential attribute in multi-party cooperation system in China, which is significant to build a harmonious socialist society in today's China. China is in transition, the relations between the political parties have shown for the overall harmony, but there are still some disharmonious factors.In this paper, it studies the status of development of the relations between the political parties and current problems in China, and also has a deep discussion on how to achieve a harmonious development between the CPC and democratic parties in the transitional period.First,it gives a horizontal analysis of the meaning of political parties, party system, political parties'relations to show the connotation and features of the harmonious relations between political parties. Second, it gives a vertical analysis of the development process of the cooperative relations between the CPC and the democratic parties to make arguments of China's overall harmonious development of political parties. Third, combined the changes of economic and social development in China since reform and opening up, it points out the factors of disharmony which affects the development of our political parties'relations. Finally, aiming at the existing factors of disharmony, it puts forward specific measures from three aspects,such as to enhancing the ruling party's governance, to strengthen Participating Parties'self-construction and to improve the level of institutionalization, standardization, and procedures of multi-party cooperation.Practice has proven that our multi-party cooperation system has a strong social integration, it can effectively coordinate and consider the interests of all social strata, political parties, groups and various political forces, so that conflicts and problems are properly resolved to mobilize kinds of positive factors to build socialism with Chinese characteristics, to insure national political stability and people lived and worked in peace and contentment and to promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
