The Study Of Political Ethics Of The New Type Of Relations Among Political Parties In Contemporary China

The relations among political parties is one of the basic political relations in modern times.It is related to the stability and development of the entire political system,thus it is necessary to correctly understand and handle The relations among political parties.Different from the competitive party relations in the West,the Chinese Communist Party and the Democratic Parties have formed close and friendly party relations of "long-term coexistence,mutual supervision,mutual respect,sharing weal or woe".The new type of relations among political parties is embodied in three aspects:1)leading-subordinating 2)governing-participating and 3)consulting,cooperating and mutual oversight.It is new based on the following three reasons.The first one is that it is deeply rooted in Chinese practice and is the political wisdom that China has contributed to the world.The second is that it inherits and develops the traditional political and ethical thoughts,and absorbs the political and ethical wisdom of Marxism and western consultative democracy.The third is that it realizes the unity of value rationality and instrumental rationality,which embodies the pursuit of value as well as gives full play to its political effectiveness.This thesis studies the political ethics in the new relation among political parties in order to explain its legitimacy and explore how to construct the new relation in the new era.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is Introduction.It contains a detailed review of the current studies on the relation among political parties and political ethnics,based on which the theoretical and practical significance of this study is put forward.This study expands the main idea on two levels.The first is to deconstruct the political ethical spirit inherent in the new relation among political parties.The third to fifth chapters explain its legitimacy from the perspectives of value,system ethics and subject ethics respectively in that it complies with the political ethics norms and presents the essential elements of a good system.Based on the discussion above,the second level provides ethical direction for the further development of the new relation among political parties.Specifically,the third chapter analyzes the ethical thoughts inherent in the new relation among political parties from the perspective of values and clarifies the pursuit of ethical values in it.Chapter four is based on the system level,and explores the value basis and instrumental rational support of the legitimacy of the new relation among political parties from the perspectives of the elements of legitimacy and effectiveness evaluation.Chapter five starts from the political subjects of the governing party and the participating parties,focusing on their own political ethical responsibilities and virtues of the political subjects.Chapter six explores the construction path of the ethics of the new relation among political parties in the new era based on the previous discussion.
