| The fourth plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) proposed the Communist Party of China must enhance "the ability of constructing the socialism harmonious society" unceasingly. The socialism harmonious society requests the harmonious politics. Moreover, the world politics now is the party politics. Therefore, the consummate party system and the harmonious party relations are the foundation and key of harmonious politics. This thesis chooses this angle, to comb the developing history of the multi-parties cooperation relations in the harmonious politics field of vision, to elaborate the nature and essence of the multi-parties cooperation relations, to show the significance of multi-parties cooperation, to discuss the bottlenecks of restricting the multi-parties cooperation relations development and the harmonious politics construction, to excavate and analyze the reasons, then to explore the way of consummating the multi-parties cooperation relations and constructing harmonious politics.This thesis mainly uses the methods of systems analysis, the structure-function analysis, comparison analysis and applying theory to reality to inquire the following four questions. The first part of this thesis is to elaborate the theory of the harmonious politics and analyze the vital significance of constructing the harmonious politics. The second part is to explain the reason why the multi-parties cooperation is the inevitably choice to realize the harmonious politics from the historical and present union angle. After combing and analyzing systematically the basic concepts and the theories involved in this article, the third part is to discuss the reality challenges the multi-parties cooperation facing. Finally, the paper is to make an exploration of how to consummate the multi-parties cooperation relations and construct the harmonious politics. |
