ObjectivesAttempt to explore the relationship between Social comparison and Aggressive behavior. The purpose of this article is to provide necessary theoretical foundation and evidence, which can help us understand the reason of human violations, undermine the motive of violations, and prevent violent action deeply.Methodsliteratures. This research based on the documents observed by literatures to analyze Social comparison theory and Aggressive motive theory, and analyze the relationship of Social comparison theory and Aggressive motive theory. And come to hypothesis about the relationship between Social comparison and Aggressive motive. Besides, this research also use the method of literatures to analyze documents of problems of violence from Legal system network. The result is that the standpoint which Social comparison is one of the Aggressive motives is valuable.Sampling Survey method.Using the lottery of accidental sampling to draw 60 samples from the documents of Legal system network.And analyze the criminal motive and the data of the documents.ResultsAccording to the analysis about the theory of Social comparison and Aggressive motive, we carefully have theoretical analysis about the relationship between Social comparison theory and Aggressive motive theory. And come to hypothesis about the relationship between Social comparison and Aggressive motive:Social comparison is one of the Aggressive motive.And put forward four proposals based on the hypothesis. This research analyzes documents of problems of violence from Legal system network. Results demonstrated that the standpoint which Social Comparison is one of the Aggressive motive is valuable.ConclusionsThrough analyzing about the relationship between Social comparison theory and Aggressive motive theory we found that Social comparison is one of the Aggressive motive.According to the hypothesis, we'll offer some proposals for preventing violent action:elimination of social injustices, to guide people how to understand justice properly; to guide people how to understand competition properly and to enhance opportunities of exchanges; make people feel less lonely.
