| Nowadays, Internet Political Participation is a kind of irresistible historical tide. Since 1990's, accompanied by internet's rapidly development; China's internet of political participation is also ever-changing developments. In recent years, political participation as a result of the original system of the existence of many problems, more and more Chinese citizens to political participate political affairs through the Internet, this phenomenon is a growing trend. A comprehensive analysis of Chinese citizens internet political participation conduce to guide rational political participation in network activities ,promote the political participation of Chinese citizens and orderly development of citizen's political participation ,helpful to build a socialist democratic politics and construct political civilizationThis article first reviews the development network political participation of citizens in China. With the birth of the Internet, the network political participation gone through three phases: start-up; development; move toward the high point of these three stages. Three forms participation shaped in the process, that is public opinion, network community, the network political people. Then expound the traits of network political participation, such as interactivity, openness, efficiency, directness, confidentiality, diversity and so on, through real life cases to support my view. And then analyze the problems exist in political participation, for example: non-rational, illegal participation, the "digital divide" and other issues. Finally, in an orderly way on how to regulate Internet political participation of Chinese citizens made suggestions in three areas: First, create the conditions for free citizens of the network channels of political participation; Secondly, to strengthen the norms, the right of citizens to guide the network acts of political participation; Third, narrow the "digital divide" of the network to provide equal opportunities for citizen participation. |
