Research On The Issue Of Orderly Political Participation Of Chinese Citizens In The Internet Environment

The emergence and popularization of Internet brings mankind into a brand-new era of Internet information,which has infiltrated all aspects of human life.In the aspect of political life,the combination of Internet and political participation has created a new form of political participation.The orderly political participation of Chinese citizens in the Internet environment enriches the forms of traditional political participation and improves some drawbacks in the process of traditional political participation.The orderly political participation of Chinese citizens in the internet environment plays an important role in perfecting the system of peoples ownership and developing socialist democratic politics.However,this form of political participation brings both opportunities and challenges to the public.Due to some characteristics of the Internet itself,the malpractice of orderly political participation of citizens in the Internet environment is also emerging.How to promote and standardize orderly political participation of citizens in the Internet environment is an urgent problem we must solve.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed the importance of adhering to the road of socialist political development with Chinese characteristics,perfecting the democratic system,enriching democratic forms,broadening democratic channels,and ensuring that the people as masters of their own affairs are put into practice in the political and social life of the country.19 th CPC National Congress of the Party further clearly stressed: "We should promote the institutionalization,standardization,rule of law,and procedure of socialist democratic politics,and expand the peoples orderly political participation." This paper is entitled "orderly political participation of Chinese citizens under the Internet environment",which conforms to the general trend of the development of democratic politics in our country,closely follows the pulse of the times,and participates in discussing the form of political participation in our country.To broaden the democratic political channels of our citizens to contribute a modest force.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter mainly explains the basic theory of citizens political participation,that is,the connotation of political participation,including the definition of Chinese and western scholars connotation of political participation,the content of citizens political participation.It is the theoretical basis of this paper to study the connotation and characteristics of citizens political participation in the internet environment.The second chapter reviews the rise and development of orderly political participation of Chinese citizens under the Internet environment.Taking time as the clue,this paper combs the orderly political participation of Chinese citizens under the environment of Internet,and expounds the background and development course of the rise of orderly political participation of Chinese citizens under the environment of Internet.The third chapter mainly analyzes the status quo of orderly political participation of Chinese citizens under the Internet environment.First of all,the article discusses the new changes of the orderly political participation of Chinese citizens under the Internet environment.Secondly,the problems of orderly political participation of Chinese citizens under the internet environment are expounded.Finally,the paper summarizes and analyzes the causes of the problems in the orderly political participation of Chinese citizens under the internet environment.The fourth chapter is according to the Internet environment citizen carries on the orderly political participation to propose the countermeasure,mainly from the foundation construction,the social construction,the citizen self-construction and so on angle proposes the corresponding countermeasure.
