The Construction Of Professional Ethics On Perspective Of Food Safety

Food is the material foundation for human survival and development,the security of food is a big problem that related to human health and livelihood of the people.There are still some food security problems although the food industry is one of China's three most important national economy industries,such as the sale of adulterated food product,pesticide residues,toxic and harmful to food consumers.People have known clearly that the importance of food security and food security has become a public concern that our government and consumers talked about.This article holds that in vast majority cases,we should rely on ethics to make the problem less serious whereas laws and regulations can only be effectively implemented by the help of ethic to promoted people's moral values and standards of conduct."Laws and Ethics must work together" is necessary.Through ethics perspective,the application of relevant ethics principles of food security will promote effective measures.The major content consists of three parts.In chapter one,the article firstly defined several related concepts,which is the basis my research paper.Also my paper briefly introduced the connotation and feather of definition of food,food safety,food safety in terms of law.Then,the author cited China's food security situation and the influence of food security problems brought about.And the article went on to the general causes of food security and the lack of social responsibilities.In chapter two,the article take a deeper insight into principles,norms and the scopes of the maintenance of food safety. Such as humanitarian principles,the principle of serving the people,and honest and trustworthy professional ethics and conscience,justice,and other areas of professional ethics to regulate food safety.These series of ethical principles is the basis of discussing the theoretical of food security,to provide a theoretical stage platform for constructing a ethnics and morality system of food industry.Finally in chapter three,in order to carrying out principles above,this thesis suggest combining the efforts of the government,enterprises and the public to take the ethical practice to restrict or eliminate the food insecurity problem.The methods including laws and ethics must work together, setting up model,strengthening publicity,establishing industrial ego inspect mechanism. adjusting benefit mechanism,and establishing industrial credit system and so on.By the implement of all methods above,we can certainly improve the security of our country's food industry.
