Research On Ethics And Legal Regulations Of Food Safety Issues In Our Country

Food is the most basic material conditions of the human survival and development. However, in our country, food safety problems have become a social problem of common concern to the public, solving the problem of food safety become the primary problem of our government and enterprises. To solve the food safety problems, we can not only rely on the law, but also on the moral, play the moral "outside shape, internalization and heart", so that we can finally solve the food safety problems fundamentally.According to this train of thought, this paper is divided into five parts:The first part:introduction. Introduce the background and significance of this research, and the situation of the research at home and abroad on this topic, then inductive the methods of the research, and analyze the innovation of the article, lay a foundation for the full text of the writing.The second part:The theoretical basis of the ethical and legal regulation of food safety. Treat the food safety, food safety ethical and legal concept as the foundation, then discuss the theory basis of food safety ethical and legal, which provides the theoretical foundation for the later research.The third part:the analysis of the present food safety situation and the causes of these problems. Elaborate the present situation of the food safety from the central and local places in our country, and analyze the existing problems in each link of the food.The fourth part:our country can get some food safety ethics and legal regulation enlightenments from some developed countries abroad. Through the analysis of some developed countries such as the United States, Canada and so on, we can absorb the successful experience in the process of food safety to reform and improve China’s food safety ethics and legal regulation.The fifth part:the measures of perfecting our country’s food safety ethical and legal regulation. Through the above four chapters, summarize some measures to alleviate the current situation of ethical and legal regulations of the food security problems in our country.
