This splendidness in history and gigantic lurking advantages make the indian statesmen of all generations long for Great Power's dream. With the rise of comprehensive national strength and the lift of international status,Indian Great Power's consciousness reinforces further, and India begins to push forward Great Power Strategy with best efforts.The Africa is becoming more and more important to India in pursuing the dream of Great Power. The African east coast area is especially important to India, it is not only the forward position where India opens up its strategy in Africa , but also the forward base where India's navy extends its influence to the Southwest Indian Ocean part. So this place has the most important geographic strategic location to step up "Indian Ocean Controlling Strategy ".Therefore, the Africa is very important for india to push forward Great Power Strategy and make the Great Power dream be true by reinforcing cooperation relations with Africa .
