Jiangxi Province In The Construction Of Community Policing Problem Analysis And Countermeasures

Jiangxi Province is currently building a community policing and has made some achievements.But on the prospect of a harmonious society,there still exist some problems in concept,the actual operation and the late management.In this paper,based on the analysis of constraints in the development of community policing in Jiangxi,a solution is proposed.The author combined with the his work experience at the grass-roots public security organs and work practice,the knowledge of management theory,try to explore and improve the community policing system,built the assessment criteria.Besides,proposed the relationship between the variables and the dependent variables.The other indicators such as political situation,cultural values,society,community policing and the corresponding diagnostic indicators should be also considered in setting up a new type of "community policing impact assessment".Through the observation point index formula empirical data and evaluation of community policing situation,implementation of community policing theory and practice,in order to promote the development of community policing strategies in Jiangxi Province to make its own contribution.
