On The Experience In Construction Of Inner-party Democracy Since The Founding Of The PRC And The Presentation Of Enlightenment

Inner-party democracy is one of the important content of the incumbent party construction and development. More than 80 years of the Communist Party of China in the historical process told us that when there inner-party democracy, our party and the cause led by the party full of vitality and when inner-party democracy are undercut and undermined ,the party's cause will suffer serious setbacks. Summing up the history of inner-party democracy-building lessons learned and inspiration the reason was got that strengthen the party building of a democratic system is an important guarantee which make inner-party democracy promote the people's democracy, inner-party harmony promote social harmony.This paper is divided into three major parts. Most of the first elaborated scientific content on inner-party democracy as well as the discussed and compared by classic Marxist writers and the Chinese Communist Party principle leaders of the Democratic Party.The second part discusses the historical experience and lessons learned of the inner-party democracy during the incumbent party.
