Research On The Historic Experience Of The Inner-Party Democracy Construction Of The Communist Party Of China

The key to China's problems is the Communist Party of China (CPC), whose key problem is the construction and development of itself. Inner-party democracy as the party's life has become the most important content and strategic fulcrum under the new situation in the new century. It has big significance to party's entire strategy. At the same time, the Chinese Communist Party as the core of leadership of China's socialist construction, makes developing inner-party democracy a necessity to promote the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics, and building socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics is the inevitable choice.Basing on the analysis and understanding about the inner-party democracy, the thesis summing up the significance of the development of inner-party democracy, and focusing on the exploration of inner-party democracy-building process of CPC. Using comparative analysis, history analysis and literature analysis to study the history and experience of inner-party democracy-building that the new era of inner-party democracy-building could reference.This thesis is divided into three main parts:Chapter 1: The basic content of inner-party democracy. Analyzing the main content of inner-party democracy and the meaning of the principle of the development of inner-party democracy to show that development of inner-party democracy is the nature of the party's internal stipulation; development of inner-party democracy is an important content of party building; development of inner-party democracy is the key to promoting the building of socialism democratic politics on three aspects of the development of the party.Chapter 2: The process and exploring of Chinese Communist Party inner-party democracy-building. With an objective historical basis, since the establishment of Communist Party of China in 1921, it has experienced four periods which are initial development period, gradually perfect period, the crisis period and resume stalled period. The resumption of development and refinement period have three stages, namely, full recovery stage, the development of innovative stage and comprehensively strengthen stage.Chapter 3: The experience of inner-party democracy-building of Chinese Communist Party. Analyzing the inner-party democracy-building process of Communist Party of China, combined with other political parties, particularly the inner-party democracy-building lessons learned from the Soviet Communist Party, summed up the historical experience from building of democracy within the Communist Party of China. They are, to eliminate legacies of feudal ideas and strengthen the sense of inner-party democracy; adhere to the principle of democratic centralism and improve the system of inner-party democracy; based on the actual situation conditions and to explore the construction of inner-party democracy.
