Research And Development And Cultivation Strategy Of China's Field Army Fighting Spirit

In the new era, cultivation and research on the fighting spirit is increasingly growing, but more of them are propaganda slogan education, less of specific operational cultivation, more of conceptive and theoretical analysis, less of quantitative empirical study from the point of psychological view. In order to fill the blank-no measuring tools for fighting spirit in our country, This study comprehensively analyze the exiting researches on the fighting spirit theoretically,and select the representative soldiers from field army as the research object to formulate questionnaire of fighting spirit of the field army, which includes 56 topics. After investigation on the 796 soldiers of field army in the whole country, the following conclusions are reached:1. The main factors comprising of fighting spirit: fighting emotion and will, fighting attitude, fighting organization identification, fighting awareness and fighting atmosphere.2. Project analysis, factor analysis and internal consistency test indicate that the reliability and validity of Questionnaire of Fighting Spirit of theField Army are good and it is feasible to conduct fighting spirit measurement by questionnaire.3. The fighting spirit of the field army in our country is overall good and the soldiers are relatively uniform. But after comparing the fighting spirits of the soldiers in different army barracks, it shows that the fighting spirit of the army in the eastern and southern regions is the best, and the fighting spirit of the army in the western region is superior to that of the northern and middle regions.4. There is significant difference for the fighting spirits of the field army of our country in different working nature, army barrack and the demographic variables, among them, the fighting spirits of the soldiers length of military service of 7-10 years, non-only-child, level-one or level-two married non-commissioned officers, especially the fighting spirit of those soldiers who engage in military training and security work in the eastern and southern regions is the best.5. According to the research results, effective cultivation strategy has been put forward and the six specific cultivation strategies have been summarized, which further enrich the practice research of the fighting spirit and provide a feasible objective basis and detailed development guidance for the in-depth implementation of fighting spirit cultivation work.
