Research On The Fighting Spirit Cultivation Of The Post-90s Soldiers

PLA has always been attaching great importance to the fostering of fighting spirit. Fighting spirit is a kind of internal strength, including comprehensive performance of soldiers’ belief, emotion, will, behavior and so on. Because of their vigorous mind, aggressive personality and different understanding of the philosophy, world outlook and values from the formerly soldiers, the work on fostering post-90s soldiers’fighting spirit faces enormous pressure and severe challenges. This paper has great significance for setting up soldiers’ confidence, performing the historical mission of PLA, preparing for military struggle, and improving the ideological and political education work.This thesis mainly takes post-90s soldiers’fighting spirit fostering as the research object and is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is summary of the fighting spirit, which elaborates the scientific connotation of fighting spirit, including the definition of fighting spirit, the characteristics of fighting spirit and the main content. Based on the specialty of post-90s soldiers, this paper re-elaborates fighting spirit under the new circumstance in five aspects, including faith, sense of mission, integrity, discipline concept and psychological quality. The paper introduces the development of fighting spirit in China and in Western countries, and put forward theoretical value and practical significance of fostering fighting spirit for post-90s soldiers. The second chapter is about factors that restrain the fostering of fighting spirit for post-90s soldiers, including the lack of the ideal faith, sense of mission and dedication, weak psychological qualities, etc. The third chapter analyses the way of fighting spirit cultivation for post-90s soldiers, which elaborates the goal, principle and method. The author puts forward the use of network media, digital technology, military camp culture, artistic edification and other new methods to foster fighting spirit for post-90s soldiers.This paper focuses on the future information war background, to expatiate on the fighting spirit, will fight the spirit gives new connotation of the times, to the post-90s soldiers, analyzes them in combat psychiatric problems, put forward the new way to cultivate post-90s soldiers fighting spirit, these methods for the future our army better carry out post-90s soldiers fighting spirit cultivation work of reference.
