Teenagers are a special group.They are at a crucial turning point in the great transformation and development of their lives.Strong plasticity,but lack of self-control;strong ability to accept new things,but poor screening.The issue of juvenile delinquency has always plagued the entire human society,including China.In China,judging from the 2017 statistics,juvenile(14-25 years old)crime has accounted for more than 70%of criminal cases in China.Underage(14-18 years old)crime has reached as high as 12%.In the future of these peoples,the country’s hope is moving toward the abyss of evil.The incentives for juvenile delinquency are very complex.Among them,economic incentives are the main reason.Most young people are on the road to crime because they lack the means to make a living and their sources of income cannot be guaranteed.At this stage,China’s education system is dominated by higher academic qualifications,supplemented by vocational education.Young people learn more about cultural theory in schools,and there are fewer opportunities to learn how to make a living.However,not every adolescent is suitable for learning cultural theory knowledge.The current education system causes some young people to lack the ability to earn a living.Graduation is unemployment,there is no stable source of income,and life is unsustainable.the way.Most juvenile offenders,after having received corresponding vocational education in prison,have acquired a certain ability to earn a living.After being released from prison,they have found a job and gained a stable income through their ability to earn a living,thereby reducing their re-offence.opportunity.This article is based on the education and training theory of prisoners and the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on juvenile delinquency,vocational education development,and the vocational education of prisoners.The R prison juvenile serving prisoners are the subjects of research,through their basic conditions,main types of crime,and criminal incentives.The analysis of the performance in prison found that the criminal incentives for juvenile inmates in R prisons are different,and their demand for vocational education is not the same.Therefore,a unified vocational education model will inevitably lead to inconsistent performance of juvenile inmates.At the same time,through an analysis of the status quo of vocational education for prison inmates in R prisons,it is found that there are mainly problems of weak teacher resources,deviation of training content from the job market,unscientific training model,and difficulty in ensuring educational time.Finally,this paper believes that R Prison can improve the effectiveness of vocational education from the aspects of improving ideological understanding,enriching vocational education and training content,improving vocational education and training methods,and standardizing vocational education and training processes.
