It's an urgent task to establish the oversea investment insurance scheme.The article, which is subdivided into four chapters, discusses and researches on the issue of the investment insurance scheme. Firstly, I focus on the basic theme of the investment insurance scheme, such as the concept, types and etc. to demonstrate the value of this scheme as the mail party in the law system of investment protection in capital exports country. Secondly, with the means of comparison and demonstration, I demonstrate the main contents of investment insurance scheme. Thirdly, after knowing the development of our country overseas investment, the author suggests that it's necessary to establish the oversea investment insurance system. The last part of the thesis put forward to related suggestion for constituting the law of investment insurance scheme in our country to offer a little benefit for future law making.
