Research On Oversea Investment Insurance System

Overseas investment insurance system is an important system to protect oversea investments. Oversea investment originated in the developed countries and rose rapidly after The Second War. For the time being, the developed countries has formed a set of farily perfect oversea investment system.Against the policy background of "going out" and development strategy put forward by the government, in recent years , the oversea investment of our country has scored satisfactory achievement in terms of both benefits and quantity, this thesis has put forward some suggestions on oversea investment legislation on the basis of a detaied introduction of the overseas investment systems in the developed countries and in combination with the development of the oversea investment systems existing in the world .at last, the article points out our country should establish Oversea Investment Insurance Law. Oversea investment law of our country should be established under the guidance of international experiences.
