Abstract/Summary:
With judge as the research objects, the thesis aims to study dimensions of their job characteristics, explore the relationship between personality traits basis on their job characteristics and job performance, and its difference in the population statistic variables, as to provide the standard of selection judges.Based on the analysis of job characteristics of judges and abstract its main traits dimension, the article constructs a personality model.The paper consults Chinese Personality at work developed by Xu Zhicao, Gan Yiqun and Zheng Jianzhang and revises it through discussing, the factor analysis, reliability test and validity test. So, a personality scale of judge which containing four dimensions is gotten. As to the job performance scale, this paper mainly relies on the scale revised from Van Scottee by Wang Hui, Li Xiaoxuan and Luo Shengqiang. A job performance scale including three dimensions is gotten through revising by the same method as personality scale. The research sample comes from the judge of Fushuncity court of justice and Altogether 210 questionnaires are put out, and 148 are taken back. The effective returns-ratio is 70%.According to the investigated date, this article carries on the studies the influence of population statistic variable on the job performance and correlation analysis to personality traits and job performance. The research indicates that its have difference with population performance in job performance and the four dimensions of personality have influence of the task performance and job dedication and have not influent on interpersonal facilitation.
