Therefore, in the specific environment of Chinese revolution and special situation of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region, the party carries out extensive and deep-going cadres education to develop a stable,-new "model of cadres, education" to accommodate to the needs of the revolution and the construction of the Border Region. Through the educational model, the party has developed a million high-qualified cadres, which provided a very important personal protection for the carrying out the policies and principles. This was a monumental step for the party to have taken it. All of these experiences are very important to consolidate Party organizations in new historical period.
