The Entry System Of Forensic Science Institutions

The system of forensic science, which is the important component part of evidence system, is useful for the fulfilling of justice and the basis of judicial system. Now, the judicial reform is being implemented in our country. At the same time, the malpractices of the system of forensic science are being disclosed in practice. The forensic science institutions make conclusions of appraisal. The qualification of the institutions affects the truth and correctness of the appraisal. In practice, the forensic science institutions were set up chaotically and the laws about forensic science are deficient, which made the efficiency of litigation lower and wasted the recourses of litigation. This is not accorded with the aim of judicial reform. So we must reform our system of forensic science. In this reform, the entry of the forensic science institutions is particularly important. So the writer studied the entry system of forensic science institutions, combined our country's practice and the foreign countries' circumstances and put forward the writer's own points about the principles of establishment, the classification, the entry conditions and the entry procedure of the forensic science institutions.This article has five parts except the preface and the concluding remarks. They are application, examination, ratification and announcement.
