Study On The Perfection Of The System On Preventing The Entry Of Aliens Of China

In view of the current status of domestic and foreign political and economic situation,the number of foreigners entering Chinese sustained growth,combined with some practical problems encountered in the frontier inspection,the situation of China’s exit and entry administration laws and regulations related to not allowed entry of foreigners are listed and analyzed,the necessity of further refinement,broaden the relevant rules and regulations of foreigners’ not allowed entry,combing the frontier inspection of foreigners verification process,trying to weight index entry verification work for foreigners involved are classified,and through immigration actual duty work to assess the effect of feedback.I hope this kind of discussion will effectively promote the duty work on frontier inspection,accurately prevent against the not allowed entry foreigners,and improve the level of port control and management.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part mainly studies the basic problems of the system of not allowing foreigners to enter the country,discusses the concepts and legislative foundations of the foreigners entry system,and puts forward the view that the not allowed entry of foreigners is handled by the government.The second part mainly studies the applicable elements of the alien entry system,and points out that the administrative remedy measures and the immigration review system are not perfect.The third part mainly studies the defects of the legislation on the not allowed foreigners’ entry system,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
