The Suggestion Of Encouraging And Promoting The China Overseas Investment Law System

As to the world today, the process of economic globalization has been faster and faster. All countries which intend to get development, have to participate into global competition and collaboration, so does China. The entrance of the WTO provides a good opportunity of further development of China overseas investment.Compared with its booming overseas investment achievements, the related law system cannot catch up with the achievements, some of which even hold back the process of the investment. How to strengthen the law system research and how to improve legislation and management of China overseas investment is a tough task we have to face.The research target of this article is straightly against the law system of encouragement and promotion. Firstly, it shows the history in the past of overseas investment, in addition with the situation of it today. Then, the paper analyses the shortages looking back. What's more, successes of the overseas investment and the construction of related law system in other developed country is to be demonstrated after that. However, all that declared are for the purpose of giving useful and practical suggestion to better the law system of encouragement and promotion of our country, accelerating the speed of overseas investment.
