Discussion About Perfection Of The Chinese Export Credit Insurance System

Under the background of the economic globalization, the imports and exports are increasingly frequent, The export credit insurance system which is supported and established by the government is just an important tool with financial policy to encourage and advance domestic trade, and to guarantee the remittance collection of export enterprise . This thesis starts from the introduction of history, connotation, characteristic, kind and the function of the export credit insurance , then analyze the current situation of the export credit insurance in china, and point out that the deficiency of correlative law is the most obstacle to the further development of the native export credit insurance .Many developed countries such as France and Japanese have established sound and complete export credit system, which has played an active role in promoting foreign trade through extensive business development .This thesis take the export credit insurance system of these nations as the research object, analyzing to compare their organized form, operation and the government support and supervision, summarizing the successful experience, and to provide good example for the development of Chinese export credit insurance. Lastly, I give some suggestions from four points for the perfection of our country's export credit insurance system, wishing that can do something for the perfection, furthermore promoting Chinese export.
